"The tower road area has some areas behind d the hotel that the city needs to clean up and it’s outside the hotels control. That is why four stars on that. The hotel itself was a great experience that I would have paid more for but didn’t have to"

"My credit card was declined as was my other card and I had to pay the deposit of $150 in cash which was of course returned in the morning. The room was already paid for before my leaving on my trip by that same credit card!!"

Only clean after third day stopby requested At night, when you need someone, take 20 minutes wait at the main desk. No one there. There is no bell or anything to let the seevice person know..."

"Nice hotel. Easy to get to. Friendly staff check in. My only complaint is when I first got to the hotel I really needed to go to the bathroom. The only bathroom required a card key to enter and I had not checked in yet. So once I got checked in I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. One stall didn’t have a toilet paper holder at all. The other was just out. I would have brought this to the staff that checked me in but she had a line of people waiting to get checked in. "
