First room was awful. Dirty. Curtains hanging. They had stains on them that were gross. Rooms are tiny. Middle of a construction zone. Check-in person was about to cancel my reservation when I said I needed to contact Expedia first. Then she showed me another room. Furniture is old and beaten up. Currently listening to kids up and down the hallway. Loud and miserable. Do not stay here. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

The location was very clean & nice. We booked 2 rooms - one of them had a refrigerator that was leaking water from it??? Not sure why. We just used the one that was working properly & turned the leaky one off. And a couple of small complaints with the bathroom - there is nowhere to sit toiletries in the shower (no shelves), and the only place to hang a hand towel for the sink is on the shower door - which means dripping hands go over the toilet to dry off.

Hi everyone. First of all the property is spotless. Second of all the staff was very nice and efficient. This is a hotel where Airlines give vouchers at night when people get thrown off their flights. So when I checked in, there were 12 people in front of me. The receptionist was unflappable and quickly processed everyone. That being said if you are taking a shuttle, it only comes once an hour at Ireland three at DIA at 25 minutes after the hour. When you return to the airport, the shuttle will return at 10 minutes after every hour 24 hours a day. So bravo for the 24 hours Service, but you gotta know about the timing.
