I've stayed here numerous times, the location and hotel is great. The hotel is aging. The breakfast is a basic hotel standard, nothing fancy. Elevators are.extremly slow. When I checked in the system was down and most of those waiting couldn't check in for at least a couple hours. In my room (the blinds are all electric) and they were broke, so you couldn't open or close them. Other than that, everything else was great.

Everything was clean, well stocked with helpful staff and good locations nearby. The only sucky part of this trip was parking, we ended up using the valet service and wished that the parking situation/valet charges were clearer upon booking instead of upon arrival.

Good breakfast, clean spacious rooms. Love having the kitchenette. There was no bathroom fan which made the room muggy after showering (thought it was required when no window). Very quiet being near the top floor, comfortable bed and pillows. The sofa bed was not comfy, but that’s expected. Great city views. Stayed for 4 nights and will stay again!
