"I really appreciate the kindness that I experienced from the staff here. Unfortunately my trip was cut short due to delays but I wish I had stayed longer. The shower was absolutely amazing, I had stayed in 3 other hotels on my trip prior to this one and they by far had the best shower space, water pressure and cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, the view from the roof is beautiful. The beds are comfy, nice AC and good room. They also arranged for me to have a driver pick me up from the airport when...

"Great venue with amazing views, only 10 minute drive into Chania. Pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Amazing choice for breakfast. Dining room was very good. Just a heads up that you pay for the breakfast when you’re on site. Would return"

"The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location was quite a shock as the hotel is situated in a 2 km stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, and noisy clubs across from the beach. We would have preferred a quaint setting in the Old Town."

Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "
