"Stayed for two nights on a business trip. Great location, right next to the central station which was ideal for me to use as a base for two days as I had to travel out of Copenhagen. A few yards away is Tivoli gardens and a little further is the city centre. Easily walkable. The hotel is a very old, historic hotel full of charm however the rooms reflect this and are very tired in terms of decor but are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is included and was very good. "The front desk staff and concierge were very nice, helpful and quick. We stayed 3 nights and each morning, the cleaning of our room declined greatly daily. The 3rd day we were left with dirty dishes left, no refill of toiletries and less towels than two people need. Our room overlooked the water and we really liked our room excluding the decline of cleaning quality."
