All of the staff we have interacted with have been the most caring and attentive people I have ever met, especially at the Makuti bar day in day out they even recommended us some films to watch. The pictures of the place you see are exactly what you get. If you are like us and do not often experience people waiting on you hand and foot it’s a surreal experience but something that makes the trip So amazing. The dining experience - just WOW! Food I have never tasted to be so amazing! Always have the lamb medium rare you won’t regret it. Welcome drinks on arrival and they let you enjoy everything how you want to not how they expect you too. "We stayed for a week at Ira Hotel and had a great time. The hotel is very well situated in Firostefani with a great caldera and sea view. The rooms are spacious and clean. A few minor issues about the room (lights, fridge) were dealt with promptly. Special thanks to receptionist Efi for her great service!"

"I read reviews parking fee. Parking is 15 euros a day and they park your car down an elevator in the basement. So I took my car back to rental company easier to walk around than rent and use the car. Driving terrible in Athens and hard to find parking deck at hotel"

"Within walking distance to all the main attractions, shopping and restaurants. However it's on a very busy street, and couldn't enjoy the balcony due to street noise. Excellent overall. "
