"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. "If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It is a little out of the way but the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the train station and a free hourly shuttle to the nearby town which is absolutely fabulous. The grounds are just beautiful and the view from the room is honestly better than any other vantage point we could find. Thank you so so much!"
