部屋が広くリゾートホテルの様で、子供達は喜んでました。大浴場の露天風呂が1つしかないので男女交代で入れはしますが、どちらにもあるといいなと思いました。スパの方しか利用してませんが、子供達は楽しそうで大人もゆっくりできました。 また機会があれば泊まりに行きたいです。

まず受付の年配女性の対応がまるで役所かと思ったぐらい不親切。 質問した際に、大浴場は入れませんと言われたが、男性は交代で午前ですよね？と言ったら「本日ははいれません」と言い直され その他わからなくて再度質問しても「さきほど説明したように」と言われたが流れ作業のような説明で全部把握できるわけがない そしてこびりついた部屋の臭いが臭い。頭が痛くなる。さらにベッド下の畳についた大きめの血痕や壁についた血の跡はなんなのか 怖すぎて私だけ一睡も寝れず翌日はずっとイライラ。 プールは１１５センチからとあるが水深が130ほどあり、アスレチックから落ちたらもうアウトで、ほぼできませんでした。子供の身長は１２０センチです。 しかし溺れない自信があれば大丈夫かも 朝食バイキングはとても良かったです最高！！子供だけ部屋も何もかも喜んでいたから良かった 憧れのホテルにようやく泊まれたのにとても残念でした

食事が豊富で夕飯　朝食ともに、美味しく頂きました。スタッフの皆様も丁寧にご対応下さいました。朝のその場で握って下さる縁結びと言うおむすびも心がこもっていて美味しかったです。プールも短いお時間でしたが、家族で楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

ご飯はおいかしったです。 部屋がホテルではなく築30年のマンションでした。 プールやプールに付属する温泉は楽しめました。 夕飯会場は古いショッピングセンターのフードコートって感じでした。 卓球とか一部サービスがなくなっていたのは残念でした。

多人数での宿泊には最高の部屋の間取りでした。料理もとても美味しく頂きました。 ただ大ホテルで、部屋数の割にお風呂が男女一つずつと少なく感じました。エレベーターを降りてから部屋にに行くまでの間、マンションのように外の風を受けてしまうので天候が悪い時は寒く不快に感じると思いました。 それ以外は最高のホテル。 機会があれば是非また利用したいと思います。

小さい子どもを含む家族6人での1泊でした。ゆっくり複数泊滞在するのに適したお部屋で、1泊ではキッチンを使用するに至りませんでした。お食事は、小さい子どももいっしょに楽しめるものが揃っていました。お盆時期だったので、屋内プールは混雑していて、家族で出かけても、子どもを遊ばせるにとどまりました。部屋の外のトイレが少ないように感じました。駐車料金を出庫の際に500円払いましたが新硬貨が使えませんでした。宿泊車はパーキングフリーとか出し入れ自由であるなど工夫があるといいなと思いました。
