Miku was also very helpful, pleasant and professional. The room and the entire hotel is very clean. The king size bed is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. If there was anything worth pointing out as a downside, it might be that the on-site gym is rather small, but for people interested in exploring Osaka, there's plenty of exercise to be had walking around the city. This was a very strong hotel in terms of comparing the quality to the price; highly affordable and yet still quite luxurious. I wouldn't mind staying here again in a future visit to Osaka."
