The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby too. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

I liked the location of this hotel and that we could comfortably fit our family of 4 in one room. It is near a few combini and lots of food options. The food market is close by too. The walk to the main Namba station is not far.
