"If travelling to Kathmandu I thoroughly recommend this Hotel as your base. In Thamel but quiet enough at night to get a restful sleep. More importantly the manager sets an amazing tone and welcomes you warmly from the get go. Nice to be greeted by forst name basis. All other staff are friendly too. Rooms spacious . No faults here!!! "We stayed at the Osho Hotel from Oct 23rd until the 24th during our honeymoon before starting our trek to Everest Base Camp. Staff were friendly and helpful because almost everything was closed during Daishin. We left our luggage at the hotel storage while we hiked for 12 days and decided to switch to a nicer hotel when we returned. Everything was great up to this point. "We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. From what I could see, the penthouse terrace was nice but I wasn’t about to do stairs the whole...
