Budget Hotels in New Zealand

"Super convenient to the airport. Landed on a late night international flight at 11:20PM and we were in the hotel before midnight. Basically come out of customs and cross the street . You're there! Small but clean room with everything we needed. Lovely breakfast buffet downstairs. Looking forward to staying there the last night of our trip before leaving early the next morning. Only downgraded the area around it due to ongoing construction but bet it will be lovely when they are done. Everything is done so well here in New Zealand."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was a good size and well equipped. The yoga mat in the room was a lovely unique touch. Christchurch airport does not operate at night so even though the hotel is right opposite departure/ arrivals, we had a great nights sleep. The staff on reception were pleasant and helpful, giving some useful tips for places to visit and the shuttle bus at 3am in the morning was a godsend for my less mobile mother. "
