"Rang ahead to ask about parking as I have a RTT and was able to park right outside the doors which is a bonus when trying to find somewhere in the city with low underground parking. Easy check in and check out too. Room was great. "

"Excellent location close to town centre and attractions. Easy to walk to things. Host was great - very welcoming, helpful and efficient. Feel lucky to have found a place at short notice for a Saturday night. Unit comfortable and clean with all we needed. Trade-off for the bedroom facing the road was some traffic noise. The other bedroom was perfectly quiet. Would stay there again."

"Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind."

"This is a lovely era- hotel. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the shared areas are great. Superb location - walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Parking is down the road but really no hassle but it’s only free if you book direct! The restaurant/bar was a bit of a let down. The staff are pleasant but not engaging and service is ok but could easily be improved. "

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
