Property was good for our family of 4. We would book again as the location was great. Areas like the kitchen and bathroom were clean but under the beds and vanity was not though and the floor needs a good mopping! We stayed in the separate 2 bedroom house and it wasnt clear when booking that there was no off street parking. Parking is 120min right outside so moving the car to longer parking was a pain but probably more difficult than usual due to it being a holiday weekend.

perfect for a few days in Napier

Nice hotel - across the road from the beach and walking distance into town. The hot tub in the room was great for a relaxing soak.
