Modern with perfect location

2nd time staying here and still great

Clean room and friendly staff. The staffer named Ash even made sure I had the gym card every night so I could go early in the morning. This was my second time staying here and won't be my last!

Great central location and an easy walk with bags from the cruise terminal. Bathrooms are a bit dated (as shown in the pictures) but otherwise a clean and well appointed apartment. Reception staff were very helpful. We stayed over the weekend and the central location means it was a bit noisy on the Saturday night.

Good location and value but needs maintenance

There is a general lack of maintenance and care. There are a lot of cracked tiles and the floor was somewhat dirty. Also, we arrived on public holiday before 4 pm and the reception was not open. This is despite closing time is indicated as being at 4pm. The bed was comfortable and noise from Queen street is not an issue. It is close to everything you need. Overall, it was reasonable valuable for its location.

Older style property with traditional key entry which was a nice change. Well appointed and comfortable bed. Was a bit noisy at night as I could hear music from a nightclub and when the person in the room next to mine came home at midnight it sounded like someone was coming in to my apartment which was a little alarming.

Great apartotel with daily housekeeping service. Check in and out was a breeze. Builders ng is quiet and secure. It is a kind of standard furnished apartment what had everything I needed to be comfortable and work while there. Perfect location, basic kitchen, washer/dryer, great AC, and a bonus patio. And, the bed is amazingly comfortable. Great value, it is exactly what you would expect in a furnished corporate apartment kind of environment.

The location was really good - central to transit, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The room itself was reasonably clean, but worn out. For example, the curtain was torn, the couch cushions were really soft and tiles were chipped and cracked. Nothing terrible, but not the level I’d expect for the price.

A very good central position, with shops and cafes near by. A small supermarket across the road. Walking distance to train station, the ferry and attractions. I walked to the Art Gallery and Domain from there easily. It had a washing machine which was appreciated. The only thing missing I can think of offhand was a clotheshorse. This can negate the need to use the drier.

Location was great and staff too. The bathroom in particular though was a let down. We were in the city for an event. Lighting was poor for getting ready. Cupboards in the bathroom were swollen with moisture… it was just those sort of details that took away from what could be a great almost retro place.
