We stayed here at the beginning of our holiday and accidentally left a pair of headphones behind. The hotel kindly called us after checkout and I told them we would be returning at the end of our holiday, and they held them safely for us. When we checked back in, we completely forgot to ask about them! The lovely staff remembered and actually came up to our room and knocked on the door to personally return them to us. It’s such a small thing, but that level of care and attention really stood out. Thank you to the wonderful staff for going the extra mile and making us feel so well looked after. Excellent service!

Cramped for room for the 2 bedroom apartment. Good location in Manukau City right next to Westfield. Car can be towed from car park if you forget to display voucher. Really archaic system with modern technology used by other operators. Clean and tidy.

We booked 2 bedroom apartment. Second time round for a couple of weeks for the pure fact that staff are very polite and accommodating, has full kitchen facilities. The car park is very secure, close to all our needs and especially family who live locally.
