"The room was fantastic with the full falls view. Peaceful and quiet. No parking but have valet parking. I was billed three nights parking while was only one night. Front desk lady told me to prove that I didn’t park in valet and receipt of outside parking. That wasn’t nice. "

"This is a basic inn that is clean and a bit dated. Price was great; however, be aware they charge an extra service fee for each room and an additional fee for parking. This should just be included in the initial room charge so it doesn't feel like "sticking it to tourist fee." Breakfast was the normal fare. Location is nice and it is easy to find. I would stay here again for a quick night. "

"the hotel is great. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms and restaurants are very comfortable. Pricing is great for some venues and very enjoyable. However some aren't as price friendly. The breakfast for two came to $100 with tip.. It was very pricey but we realized that a perk was that we could watch a hen actually laying our eggs in front of us."

"The location is great... easy access to everywhere. I would suggest some cosmetic renovations (bathrooms) to get an overall rating of 5 stars from my side. The internet service works well, however the TV cable does not. I will stay there next time when I am in Niagara Falls again. I would recommend it. "
