“Really nice people, really nice rooms”
The staff was very helpful, giving tips where to eat and what to see. The room was very nice and was at a reasonable rate. If I ever get the chance to go back to Niagara Falls, I would definetly stay at the Radisson again.
“Great stay”
The stay at the Radisson was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. They have great jetted tubs and even though our room was a City view we were able to see the falls as well. I would stay here again, however, I would not use the valet parking. They are very busy and we ended up waiting in front of the building for 20 minutes when we called 15 minutes ahead of time like the hotel asks. The hotel is away from busy Clifton tourist area but very close to the new casino. Very nice atmosphere.
“Wonderful view and great location!!!”
Hotel was great and staff was too. The concierge was very helpful planning our tours, and our entertainment. We would like to thank the clerk in the gift shop for recommending the scenic route back to the airport. The drive and the homes were beautiful along the Niagara River.

Tthe room was comfortable and quiet and had every thing we needed. Great restaurant down stairs. Close to were we wanted to be.

“Fantastic Value!”
This was our second time staying at the hotel but our first visit since it had been renovated. The renovations are fantastic - everything is clean (as opposed to worn down) and fashionable. Our view was breathtaking (we stayed in the king suite, fallsview). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Since we were staying three nights, they automatically cut our parking costs by 50% (which was a very pleasant surprise!)

“Nice Hotel in the Thick of the Cit”
Great swimming pool. It is heated and half-inside and half-outside. You are right across of the Toronto city hall and connected to the underground PATH network of shops (closed on the weekend though). You are a walk away from the subway and about a 20 minute walk from the CN Tower.
