"We love the location of this hotel that it is located just above the Namba Station. The room was big enough for our family of 4, which fits our American standards. Tons of restaurants and shopping inside the station or outside on the streets. Walkable to Dotonbori and other areas. Daily breakfast buffet was a plus as most places don't open until 10am."

"호텔 리셉션에 한국어를 잘하는 직원들이 여러명이 있어서 편했고, 친절해서 기분좋게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 트윈룸을 사용했는데, 대부분 도로쪽인것 같았습니다. 도로쪽은 소음이 너무 심해서(앰뷸런스소리, 바이크소리 등등) 소음에 민감한 사람은 비추입니다. 반대편은 더블룸이 많고, 트윈룸에 비해 크기가 더 작아서 이동을 방변경을 따로 하지는 않았고 대신 이어플러그를 제공받아서 사용했습니다. 호텔 위치는 난바역과 신사이바시역 중간이라서 지하철에서 이동하기는 애매하지만 반대로 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있는 장점이 있습니다."

"Oh man if I could give this place 11/10 I would! We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We had a standard twin room with two twin beds. First impressions was that this hotel was very clean and has very friendly staff. We checked in with no issues, through the automated machine. Beside the check in kiosks there was an amenities station where you could choose amenities based on your needs or preferences. I liked this because I often times don’t use a lot of the amenities in the room and this way it gives you the option to take what you need. They have nice area for sitting and relaxing which doubles as a lounge. They give you a complimentary drink per person upon checking in which was a lovely touch. The rooms were a very good size (as we have experienced mostly tiny rooms on our trip) and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure and roomy enough to move about in without bumping your knee or elbow on the side. The beds were comfy and they give you two pillow options so you have more choice. The breakfast was very tasty, the options were good and everything I tried tasted really yummy! The mini donut wall was such a cute touch. Over all this place was fabulous and we greatly enjoyed our time there! We would definitely come back here if we find ourselves in Osaka again. Thank you!!! "

"We would definitely stay here again. Centrally located with shopping and transportation nearby. Staff was very friendly and helped us with several things during our stay. Everyone spoke English, which made things so much easier. "
