"Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it. "Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. Check out is at 10 AM. Extended check out can be requested for 500 yen per hour. Lobby area is pretty small. Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Free small selection of breakfast (bread and jam, cereals, and waffles) is a bonus. It’s about 15 walk to Namba station or a 5 minute walk to a near train station. Family mart is next door. "Very nice apartment. Excellent information book in the apartment. Quiet area. Grocery store nearby. 5mns walking from subway. If you come with heavy luggage take exit A6 instead of A5. There is an elevator. On the street level turn left and cross the street , pass 7-eleven and go straight ahead as indicated in information you get via email. Very secure, code on the entrance, code on the apartment and doors close securely as soon as you go in. Will take the same if I have another trip to Osaka....

"No check-in information was sent prior to our arrival. At least one hour was wasted after we arrived at the property. After we managed to make several phone calls, one staff finally arrived to show us how to get in the house. The bedroom is not big enough to accommodate 5 people - 2 single beds and 3 Japanese futons. It's misleading on the reservation website. The room has terrible smelling. The property should provide basic toiletries. It would be better to provide wi-fi."

"매번 해외 여행은 호텔을 이용하였는데 요번에는 아파트를 이용하였습니다. 가족이 5명 이상이면 적극 추천하며 9인이 잘수 있는 깨끗한 침구류가 준비되었습니다. 주방과 세탁실 , 두개의 샤워 목욕시설 정말 완벽한 휴식 공간이었습니다. 깨끗하게 정리정돈되어 있으며 준비해주신 분들의 마음까지도 전달되는것 같아 아주 좋았습니다. 일본 여행은 이번이 5번째 였는데 가장 마음에 들었고 훌륭한 여행을 할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 아이들과 내년에 다시 가고 싶다고 얘기하며 꼭 내년에 예약을 해서 다시 찾아 갈 계획입니다. 막내 아들이 장남감 총을 샀는데 한국에 가지고 올수가 없어서 숙소에 메모를 남기고 왔습니다. ㅋㅋ 주인분이 놀라지는 않으셨는지 모르겠네요... 항상 건강하세요..."

"２０１８年も８月に利用しました。その際も大変よかったのですが、変わらず大変コストパフォマンスの良いお宿です。 海水浴場に近い立地、古き良き佇まいでありながら、ふるさを感じさせない清潔感（虫もいません）、気前のよく気の利くオーナー様などなど…行楽シーズンに誰にも気を使わずにゆっくりできる場所だと思います。 去年からの比較です ・シャンプーとコンディショナーがとても薄かったです。前の方のいたずらかな…？ ・冷蔵庫がひとまわり小さくなっていました。バーベキューをする方は要注意です。 ちなみに、駅から歩くにはちょっとしんどい距離なので、もし淡輪でレンタカーを探しているのであれば、一つ先のみさき公園駅に送迎に来てくれる格安レンタカー会社（キャルレンタカー岬石油）があるのでおすすめです。車があると買い出しも楽です（一番近いスーパー：トライアル阪南店）"

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our kids were very excited because the room was very large. I had a great night's sleep - I hope to stay longer next time. The bath was great, too. I used to live in this area, so it was really great to be back in the local area. It was also great to stay in a very authentic Japanese area, a much more interesting experience for my family than staying in a hotel. Also, there is a great beach area about 15 minutes away on foot.
