"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport and short walk to the Royal Mile. Breakfast was good and there were several restaurants and pubs nearby for lunch and dinner. "
