I waited good 20 mins, ringing the bell next to the shut-down reception window and no one responded. Finally just walked up to next door to inquire and found that’s where the check-in happens. "So far the most comfy and welcoming place I have stayed at while here. This was my first time in the UK and I’m glad to have stayed here. Good room for the price with breakfast included. Only snag is the place is out of range for taxi/uber pickups. They are able to drop off if you’re coming from Edinburgh but best to rely on Eskbank station or a rental car if you need to get back."
