Great stay

Lovely clean rooms and a great place to eat. Food was amazing and reasonable. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great with people with additional support needs and allergies. Would definitely stay again

Good value & straightforward

Straightforward, no-frills hotel. Breakfast good if service cancelled be slow when busy. Pub dining is good and other options ( Dominos/KFC ) are very near.

Waited a long time before staff arrived to check us in. The pub had very greasy tiles around the bar and the tables were sticky. My feet were slipping on the tiles. Needs a through clean. Rooms were in a separate building and doesn’t feel terribly safe. Building looked tired and unkept. Once inside, rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We were staying for two nights. Our room key didn’t work. The second night we arrived back after the pub had closed. Resolved by me running around the outside of the pub building banging on windows to get hold of staff. Stressful.

Good stay

Ideal for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but if you need a place to sleep for the night with food options this is great. The staff were really nice and can't see why I wouldn't stay here again if I needed to.
