"The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. "We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"
