Stayed in another Hatago inn already, and this one was exactly the same, same style, same amenities, even the onsen looked the same, so no disappointment at all. That’s practice because we can then just rely on the same quality and standard. Would stay at hatago inn again!

Everything was amazing , just one important thing , someone bilingual, Called me old fashion , but I appreciate more personal conversations than use my translator, just a personal preference! But otherwise they were very pleasant, helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you to all the staff!

Like most Japanese hotels I have stayed in, this place was great. Clean well-equipped room, quite spacious by Japanese standards. The hotel has great amenities: toiletries, free coffee/tea in the lobby most of the day, the usual slippers and pajamas. The highlights for me were the onset (small but free) and the breakfast buffet (check your reservation for whether it is included). It is about a 10 minute walk to Rinku Town station, and the JR train runs frequently to Kansai Airport and takes about 5 minutes.

Fantastic hotel near Kansai Airport. It is clean, well-kept, great amenities (including a hot bath). While there is not much in the area, there is a Lawson convenience store close by and the hotel breakfast is well-worth it.

This place was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to the airport and a few blocks from the train system. There was also a very well-stocked convenience store just outside the hotel with some freshly prepared foods. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that we were much further from the Osaka center than we realized.

Is a great experience for a two night stay in the hotel.Staff are very friendly and helpful .The hotel facilities are new walking distance to shopping mall ,around 15min.There is a Family Marts next to the hotel open 24 hours .About 11min to airport by car .
