However, the noise outside of our room which appeared to be on the main strip ( traffic, sirens, music, people yelling in the street) was absolutely terrible. Had to buy ear plugs. If we come back will ask for more secluded room. "

"The hotel was just ok- I probably wouldn’t stay again. Good place to lay your head and in a good location however the loud cars and people at midnight came right through the windows thus waking me up, the coffee shop didn’t know how to charge drinks thus charged $4 on top of the frappe cost just for a flavor, figuring out where to park was challenging and the bed was just ok. For the price we paid I certainly expected way better "

"Overall we had a great stay but there was a few issues I’d like to note! The drain didn’t go down and when we tried to call the front desk to fix it they never would answer the phone. We were also told Saturday the pool would be closed for only a hour, then another hour then it was closed all day for maintenance. We tried again Sunday to figure out it was still closed. The parking situation is a bit confusing too so just be weary of that. Other than that the staff is friendly and the breakfast...

"Absolutely first class. When we checked in they ask me what the occasion was for our visit. We were getting away to celebrate our 25th anniversary. When we came back from dinner there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Everything is SO ELEGANT! The staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are gorgeous and spotless. "Overall, it was a good stay. Being near everything was a bonus. The hotel is located in the EpiCenter, so if noise is going to bother you, I wouldn’t recommend it.
