Great property locate at the heart of Charlotte, very walkable and right next to a public parking garage so you can stay parked after check-out if you want to do something on the last day of your stay. Nice, convenient and spacious rooms with good city views. Perfect for a weekend getaway to experience the city life.

Felt more like a bar and lounge place than a hotel. Front desk workers were not very friendly. Rooms were very small and tiny. And very hard to find the actual hotel and lobby. Definitely would not be returning to this hotel ever again.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but I didn’t get access to my room until 5:30 PM. On top of that, the room had an weird smell. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would consider other options before returning to this hotel.

This property is in desperate need of a full remodel. The property wasn't dirty, but you could tell that it was very old and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need to be fully gutted and redone.
