" This is not a $300 nite hotel. Hotels are overpriced, during cruise season. It is in the heart of the entertainment district, lots of homeless on street. I knew all this, when I booked. The hotel is very clean. Rooms, are very small. The staff, are couteous, and helpful. It was 20 min walk, to cruise port. Police station, is two doors, down. I always felt safe. Because, of price being cheaper, than other hotels, I would stay again."

"I don’t usually stay here but travel to Vancouver often on business. My room was small but the price at this time of year was Unbeatable, serious value. Corner room with a weird view but I’m a business traveler not a vacationer, the LIGHT was amazing. Quiet too. Room design was great, USB C plugs in the walls, on the desk, at the BED. Locals will tell you the area is a little spicy around the big public library but they are building the new Art Gallery across the street and this spot is rapidly improving. Great restaurants, grocery and shopping VERY walkable. "
