"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is part of a residential building, so has a boutique feel with small number of rooms. The room was quiet & comfortable. A great option when you want a calm oasis in the middle of the city."

"We have stayed at many four star and five star hotels throughout the world. The Loden Hotel should be reclassified from a four-star hotel to a five star hotel. We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."

"The hotel was so easy to walk to from Canada Place. We were able to store our bags and see the city until we were ready to check in. The concierge was very sweet, he gave us great advice and even had discounts for tickets at Capilano park. Our house keeper knew us by name and arranged her cleaning around our day. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs- the wine and dinner were fantastic. "

"Great stay for a quick vacay in Vancouver. From check in to check out, the staff was nothing but helpful and polite. We had a very clean and spacious room that would have been serviced everyday, although we didn't want that. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool almost everyday, although it rained all the time (but it's fine if you're sitting in the hot tub). "Upon arrival we felt welcomed. This was from the attendant helping with our luggage to the front desk attendant. The front desk representative provided all the hotel information and gave us great dinner recommendations nearby (plus a local map). "
