"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "

"Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient. "Nice hotel in a great location, very close to Sapporo Station. The room was comfortable and a good size, with solid Wi-Fi included. One note, they do not clean the room every day, only when you request it. Otherwise, they only take out the trash and change the towels. They do note this in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful! "
