So close to everything within walking distance, bus stop right in front of the hotel Room is superb; quiet, clean, modern and new Staffs are friendly and helpful Cost is inexpensive for this quality If you are traveling to Sapporo, book this one!

Very nice hotel

Great location in the centre of the city. Staff super professional and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with an extensive range. Rooms are small with traditional decor.

Sapporo Grand is still Grand

Absolutely amazing stay in premier deluxe king bed room on 14th floor. Both buffet and sit down Japanese set breakfast were delicious! Also enjoyed the 1934 BAR 2.5 hour drink and small plate with jazz music. Warm and helpful hospitality. The location is so convenient too! Between Sapporo Station and Odori Park.

It is an old hotel but very clean. Room very spacious. Breakfast is excellent lots of variety. Close to small restaurants and Daimaru Department Store. Good location. Unfortunately for 5* Hotel the staff do not speak English well. It is hard to ask questions.

In the heart of Sapporo.

Facilities aren’t new. But they maintained very well. Service is classic. I’ll definitely go back there. Gem.

I love everything about this hotel except for the rooms are noisy. There's a constant banging noise either from the pipes or from people in other rooms. Otherwise, the service, amenities, breakfast, and everything else is great quality.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Centrally located. Breakfast wasn’t included with our room. We paid ¥3,300 per person, and it’s worth every yen. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Sapporo again.
