Specific staff need training in customer service, but as a whole, the staff was pleasant. Relatively close with to the airport. Breakfast was good, not great. "The room was amazing for the price I paid compared to other stops on this trip. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t operating and had leftovers in it, although I had to go a quick room change due to my original room having a broken blind, and felt this was a small coincidental inconvenience. The pool was not open due to chemical imbalances which was a real bust as I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. However, if it was working it would have been a treat.
