The pool sight was cool. The hot tub was actually cold. And the smell was pretty strong to the point my eyes, nose burned. Chlorine shouldn't smell unless its mix with body fluids my skin itched everytime I got out. But The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The room was lovely, our cleaning lady was very nice. And she would go above and beyond always with a smile on her face very social. The food was freaking amazing. The beans were delicious! I wanted a last taste of those beans! Never tasted some beans like those. BUT I did notice that the "clean plates" were not very clean. The still had previous food on them. So whomever washes them I do recommend to do a better job at washing. The staff were very humble, nice and very helpful. If I could stay there again I definitely would.

I had high expectations on this hotel as our wedding celebration was held there some years back yet this time we had a few things that just were below average. To start, the television was not working. It appears that it was an internet issue of some sort. The morning after the stay, we were told that breakfast was not included even though it was clearly stated that it was. Not wanting to make a scene, I went and paid for 3 breakfast. The food was not good in a short statement. The pancakes had gone bad but thankfully our 4 yr old told us. The barbacoa tasted weird as well not to mentioned that it was too greasy. The pork pozole appeared that it was barely cooked also. We just grabbed some eggs and potatoes to play it safe at this point. For the amount of money paid not only for the room but for the breakfast, the actual return of this was not acceptable.
