"We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. I can not say enough about your desk clerk Gabrielle. I stepped up to check in and she greeted me with “ Welcome Back!” I was in shock!! It’s been over 2 weeks!!!!! I proceeded with “Thank you so much-how have you been-busy I bet?” Here’s the topper…her next statement…How was your trip to Waco and how are your children?!?! Even as I type this I am still completely utterly blown away!!! Never have I ever had that type of service!!! OMG!!! She needs a promotion and a raise as soon as possible!!! I work in the retail service industry where customer service is top priority over everything else!! You can not possibly afford to lose a valuable employee like Gabrielle. I hope you will share my thoughts with Embassy Suites and that Gabrielle gets a chance to see this!! Thank you so very much Gabrielle for making our family’s last 2 stays extremely exceptional and honestly forever unforgettable. Customer service, like yours, is so extremely rare and truly appreciated. Best wishes in your future career endeavors "

"It’s a fine hotel. You can expect a pleasant room, but nothing extravagant. The property was clean and in order. From what I saw, the vending is limited to beverages as of 05/24. Breakfast was removed earlier than the posted 11:00, rather around 9:00. Over all, we really liked the hotel and the room. It was within our means and met/exceded our expectations. The location is fine as well, just on the cusp of a neighborhood. It was quiet but for the road construction at night, I understand there’s no accounting for that and it was fine. "

"For a place that we used to sleep it did the job. The free breakfast was always prepared on time. Only issue is the bathtub had a broken turn thing and water would leak out of it, making the water pressure low on the actual faucet and shower head. "
