“Near the train station”
Great location if u want to be near the train station.
“Give me a hotel near the train!”
This hotel is all stars for me as I was looking for a hotel close to the train and key sights in Florence. The staff is very nice, helpful, friendly. The rooms were simple and clean. The showers were small, but very similar across Italy. The beds were a bit soft. There could be noise from the bus system on the street so be prepared for that noise if your room is on the street. The hotel has a nice breakfast room with the usual a.m. food, a nice reasonable bar and lots of computers to use for personal use. The hotel staff recommended to store all valuables in the safe and make sure doors are locked as leaving your room. This is always shared in all hotels.
“Great hotel great value for moneyvery close to the station”
A place for comfort, excellent view from the balcony, excellent breakfast, very close to the station. There are restaurants nearby. The river is 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. One can't ask for more.

Free Wi-Fi in a city where nothing is free was a huge plus!
“Very convenient location for tourists”
The hotel was very conveniently located near the train station. Amenities were simple but well maintained - the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good - would like to suggest the addition of fruit. WE enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice hotel near the centre and the main bus and train stations. Excellent location, excellent service, nice choice of things for breakfast. Really great service, very helpful - when some of our bags did not arrive on our plane to Florence, the next day they were received by the hotel staff and put in our room. Great!
“Perfect location”
This hotel was perfect. We found it easily from the train station, a short walk and from there we walked everywhere in Florence. Didn't need any transportation at all. The staff was very nice and spoke English. The room was small but a decent size by European standards. The breakfast was great; hot eggs, rolls and cereal and made getting an early start early. There was free wi-fi in the room. It was perfect for the price. One night we were a bit warm in the room and couldn't quite figure out the heat/ac. That was the only negative.
“Excellent Hotel for the Price”
The Free internet access is key at this very modern, clean, up to date hotel. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Italy. Located across the street from the train station it was a short walk to all of the major sights in Florence.
“Comfortable in Firenze”
The hotel is easy to get to from the airport by bus and is in a convenient location. It is near the rail station and within walking distance of the Duomo and other attractions. Hotel has a good breakfast and a big plus, free internet connection. Internet connection in Italia is rather expensive. I plan to return to Firenze and stay at this hotel.
