The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Fantastic new, spacious facilities, great responsive staff and free laundry machines / dryers. Excellent location walking distance to sightseeing and the train station for day trips. A few good restaurants /cafes in the area.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the River Arno. The courtyard is lively and the roof terrace has spectacular views. It’s lovely to sit up there watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
