The staff really made the difference. It was our son’s birthday during our stay. We didn’t tell them but I guess they saw it on his passport when we checked in. The hotel was really nice and so many spots where you can work! The location was great - I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is extremely charming and in a fabulous location on the river Arno one block from Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was fresh with good variety of eggs and meats and cheeses and lots of pastry and cereal. Also the coffee of course does not disappoint.

DO NOT COME HERE! If you are planning on visiting Florence bite the bullet and pay to stay closer. The rooms were dirty with hair and stains on the beds. The staff was not helpful at all. There was also used floss in the bathroom. Send help.
