"Hotel was absolutely lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Water took a while to get warm in the shower, and the lighting was a little dark for doing makeup, but otherwise no complaints of the facility. The streets below can be a little noisy at night, at least until past midnight, so if that is bothersome bring ear plugs. Very close to many attractions and shops. Would stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at The Hoxton. Beautifully furnished throughout, with an amazing bathroom and fab courtyard area for drinks. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very welcoming. The location is slightly out of the main town but means it’s nice and quiet and there are a few cafes around that feel very local and authentic. We’d definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Spadai in Florence. The location is perfect—just steps from the Duomo, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were exceptional warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. If you’re visiting Florence, I would highly recommend Hotel Spadai. We would definitely stay here again! We booked the smallest room with no breakfast. The room size is very generous!!"

"Great location at center of Florence yet very close to the train station! Very quiet at night, much needed after long days of bus tours etc. Bed was very comfortable, linens very soft The buffet breakfast was great. The coffee served by staff was delicious and also serving Americano coffee exceptional! Best of all, the staff work very hard to maintain the exceptional comforts of this hotel. Following up with how the room is, and always willing to help including the cleaning ladies for rooms! Work ethic, above and beyond for the travellers. Great hotel, best staff! Thank you for making our first time stay in Florence exceptional! "

"Location!! We took trains almost every day and this hotel is right across the street from the station. There was no noise from the trains or busy street while trying to sleep. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "

"The staff really made the difference. It was our son’s birthday during our stay. We didn’t tell them but I guess they saw it on his passport when we checked in. While we were having breakfast, they brought a special treat to our son to celebrate this special day. It was a really nice gesture and we really appreciated it :)"
