"This is the place you want to go to for peace and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the mild climate in the beginning of June and the serenity of the surroundings. We trveled vis public transport, i.e. train and taxi, but I would recommend to use go via car or bike instead."

"This is the most charming boutique hotel, in one of the most beautiful towns in all of Italy. It sits right near the top of the hill, and overlooks the Tuscan Hills. The sunset view is truly breathtaking. The rooms are so clean, the window views of the valley are stunning, and their restaurant is quite delicious!! I’m a widow and this was my first vacation alone, in thirty-five years. They staff at La Locanda were gracious, very helpful, and tried their best to ensure everything was going well for all their patrons. From the young man that checked me in and carried my way over-packed suitcase upstairs, to the lovely young ladies at breakfast, and a favorite that checked me out upon leaving…Thank You! "What a beautiful setting, slightly out of town so ideal if you have a car. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, free and onsite. Room was very comfortable, extra pillows given upon request. Room was clean and bathroom was luxury- powerful and spacious shower. Wifi in the room and a balcony to enjoy outside. Window could be left open slightly for a fresh breeze. No fridge in the room or drinking water but an abundance of towels. Breakfast was included and consisted of coffee and a selection of biscuits, jams and cakes. Lots of prepackaged stuff so great if you're with kids or going out for the day. No hesitation recommending this place! "
