" A family-run small inn with multiple generations providing a true Italian country side experience. It is a lovely place with typical Italian breakfast. They served freshly baked sweet cakes, pastry, bread, some prosciutto and other cold -cuts. Our room was smallish, but had great views off the balcony, on the quieter side of the building, although there isn't much traffic on this side-street. There's free parking and also a lift making it accessible. It's very budget friendly, and a great location to explore the lower half of Tuscany from. Highly recommended."

Nestled in the rolling hills of Montepulciano, the property is the epitome of Tuscan charm—surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and stunning panoramic views that seem straight out of a postcard. The rooms were spacious, beautifully rustic yet well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying our coffee while watching the sunrise over the vineyards. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for local wineries, restaurants, and sights. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, local products served with care. We also appreciated the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Montepulciano and nearby hill towns. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful, and truly memorable Tuscan experience, Podere La Rocca is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail was just right.
