The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. I switched hotels at the last minute due to 100 degree heat and wanting a pool. The rooftop pool here is worth it for the views alone. Our room was ample; the front office staff were so friendly; and my son was able to play on the grand piano in the lobby. Excellent shower!
