It’s only a short walk from the main Santa Maria Novella terminus, so reduced my stress about train, tram and bus times. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with anything. The rooms were beautiful, well stocked, clean, bright and big! Great views from all 3 rooms we booked. The late checkout (12pm) was a game changer in terms of maximising our final morning in Florence.

This hotel was a B&B hotel, so only breakfast, but there was a kettle and tea bags & Coffee if you wanted to make drinks, only problem it would have been nice to have proper cups and glasses, not paper one’s.

Great location!

Super convenient hotel with great staff. Probably the most comfortable bed/pillow we’ve ever had at a hotel (and we travel a lot)! Great option for visiting Florence!!

My Wife and I stayed for a few days whilst traveling through Italy for our 20-yr anniversary trip. The staff are amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding attractions and restaurants. The hotel is located so conveniently from many attractions at your door step. The included breakfast is a must, the spread is fantastic.

Perfectly located and staff was amazing. We had requested valet service so we didn't have to worry about parking and it went without a hitch. Rooms were comfortable and the included breakfast was plenty with various choices available. We had breakfast on the outside terrace with the view of the Duomo, magical. I totally recommend this hotel.

Very conveniently located within Florence, walking distance from the train station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, they reserved a table for us to have dinner the first night we arrived. The breakfasts in the morning were delightful, with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Would stay here again!
