"Lots of problems with non working showers and air conditioning units. Very old units. Switched rooms after viewing 3 more. The air conditioner quit during the night, so it was very hot. Fixed the next day and then it quit again that night. I had to shut it off for an hour to thaw it out and restart. The view from the hotel is beautiful. They rooms need updating."

"We love our stay at this hotel because of its fabulous view of Tuscany landscapes and its natural thermal pools. It is so relaxing and enjoyable that we will stay more nights next time."

"Great experience staying at this location. The rooms were spacious and centrally located with many great restaurants located nearby. This location is also pretty close to the train station making travel easy. The front desk staff at the sister hotel were also super friendly and helpful."
