"Staff was very welcoming and graciously held our luggage and then transferred it to our room, as we arrived before check-in time. Room was immaculate and quiet even though we were next to the elevator. The only thing i would change was the room temp - it was fridgid, i think due to the registerlocation in the bedroom, even though we turned the temp up as much as allowed."

"The room was large and beautifully decorated as you would imagine a room in a Tuscan Villa would be. The grounds are wonderful and immaculate. We enjoyed our walk through the olive groves. The food was great and breakfast was excellent. We loved all the staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay."
