"The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. Very comfy bed and no noise to be heard at night. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotrl Kraft!"
