Hotel used to be the gem of downtown. It’s a shadow of itself at this point. We had to be moved due to the heat not working in the room. (Room 17202). The hotel is getting old and needs a little updating. The rooms are on the smaller side for Vegas and are not well cleaned/maintained. Our initial room was dirty! The soap and shampoo that was left for us was used. The shower was dirty. We called and asked for an extra blanket. The blanket that was brought to us had stains on it.
