The 22,000-square-foot health spa includes its own private, heated lagoon pool, with music piped under water, surrounded by padded wood lounge chairs and umbrellas on a sundeck containing a five-person spa tub. The spa offers beauty services and hydrotherapy treatments along with traditional services. It contains men's and women's saunas, steam rooms, and lounges; a spa-cuisine cafe; and a unisex "relaxation room" with a juice/fruit bar. The hotel offers complimentary use of its fitness equipment. A workout room offers spinning, Pilates, yoga, and other classes. The hotel also provides 32 meeting/conference rooms for business functions and other events.
For children ages 5–12, there are half- and full-day supervised activity programs through the “Beachside Buddies” program.
Rooms
Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa offers 650 guestrooms in a 15-story tower. Guestrooms feature Marriott's Revive Collection bedding: 300-thread-count linens with white-and-beige design; down comforter with cotton cover, freshly laundered for each guest; six down pillows, including bolster; and separate mattress topper.
Many rooms have balconies furnished with two chairs and a small table. Upon check-in, guests can request Marriott's Wired for Business service, with high-speed Internet access and unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls for a daily fee.

Recreation
The Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa includes a 22,000-square-foot health-and-beauty spa with saunas, steam rooms, a spa tub, cafe, and relaxing spa services.
The hotel offers five lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and a dive shop. Scuba-diving lessons are conducted for children as young as 5 (surcharge). A water-sports center rents out snorkeling and scuba diving gear, catamarans, personal watercraft, speedboats, kayaks, boogie boards, surf boards, metal detectors, and shelling nets and arranges parasailing flights and outrigger-canoe tours. Bicycles are also available for rent.
Beachside Buddies offers half- and full-day supervised activity programs for children ages 5-12. The hotel's 8,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool offers an alternative to the beach.

“Ft. Lauderdale”
Staff was very accomodating and went the extra step.
“The Perfect Resort”
My husband and I decided to visit this resort for our late honeymoon June 2010. It was exactly what we wanted! Everything was perfect! We stayed in an ocean view room which was well worth the extra money; we had a beautiful view all seven days. Everything was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. We spent a majority of our time just relaxing at the pool and beach. Both were very nice and clean. We ate quite a few meals at the restaurants there at the resort but we ate most of our meals at the restaurants down on Ft. Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Bubba Gump's was the best; we ate there three times! Make sure to take a cruise to see all the mansions by the ocean; also make sure to visit the "smoothie guy" at The Riverwalk. His smoothies are the best! Especially the "Riverwalk"! I highly recommend this resort; we would love to go back one day.

“Great Time!”
As usual, this stay at the resort was great. Marriott always comes through. While some things like parking and other pay-as-you-go services could be cheaper, Marriott Harbor Beach is tough to beat in this town.
“Butiful hotel but noisy”
The hotel and grounds were amazing. The only issue we had was the hallway was very noise. We could hear people talking as they walked down the hall . Also heard room doors opening and closing. The doors to the rooms could use more sound proofing.

My room had a terrific view of the city and it was on the beach which was my favorite part! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a friendly place that has an amazing staff! They even let us check in early and the valet parking was terrific!
“A Great Hotel...”
A great place to stay if you like the beach. I would never stay anywhere else in the area. It is centrally located. The room was clean and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was great. An A+ in my book.
“On the beach beauty”
This hotel is truly beautiful. The rooms are nice. First our room did not have a balcony so I called the front desk and desk and they changed our room. I was so happy I did that. I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting outside. Everying you buy at the hotel is very expensive. A drink on the beach is $13.69 including tip (which they and on ). Breakfast buffet @21 per person. Self parking $23 per day. Since we rented a car we drove to other places to eat. In the evening you can walk (3/4 mile) to the strip and have dinner at Bubba Gumps and The Oasis Cafe where you sit on a glide swing while you eat. The best part of my stay was being on the beach, having a chair, and not having to cross a busy street to get there. We hated not having a refrigerater in our room. Oh yeah, no one told us until the last day that you can buy this cool refillable cup at the pool for $10 and get all the soda free in it your whole stay- boy that would of saved us.
“A Great Time Was Had By All”
My family and I spent 4 nights and loved every minute. The staff are superb, the facility is excellent. The food was very good but a bit pricy. Dont forget to get your kids the $10 all you can drink cup. We were able to get a connecting room for a great deal upon check-in. Nothing bad to say about this place. I would come back anytime.

This hotel was great for our family trip. Other than the food on the premises being very expensive, we had a great time.
