“Great value hotel - great location for the marathon”
Good value twin room. Right in the middle of the financial district, so things were a bit quiet at the weekend, but it was a great location for the start of the marathon. The room was clean and comfortable and of a decent size. The staff were very friendly. Couldn't fault it really. Thanks!
“Excellent hotel”
Quiet, select, very clean and efficient hotel, excellent rooms and good range of food in restaurant.
“Great business hotel; would also be fine for tourists”
If you want a decent hotel in downtown Frankfurt, this is your hotel. The location is perfect for the Messe; also a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof. Rooms are nice (bathrooms are very clean and modern; beds are comfortable). Hotel carpet in the hallways could be replaced, but that is the only complaint. Food in the restaurant was also good. Only cautionary note is for tourists - the hotel is bit of walk to the Alte Oper, although hopping on a train would solve this issue. Tourists would probably want to find something more central to the sites, but this hotel would really be great for anyone.
“Friendly and Professional”
A gem of a hotel right in the heart of the business district. It's a five minute brisk walk from the main railway station, located in a quiet part of the city If you're a first timer to Frankfurt and don't have loads of luggage ... get the S8 or S9 train from the airport into Franfurt for 9.10 euros, the great news is you can use this ticket ALL day on trams in Franfurt also. A taxi will cost around 26 Euros The Hotel is an excellent choice for the business or leisure traveller. The staff were friendly, courteous and spoke superb English. It's no luxury Hotel, but is definitely a four star. The rooms are spacious, really comfy beds and the bathrooms are a good size. Enjoy!
“Great Hotel”
Great service, everyone spoke English. It took no more than 30 minutes from the time I stepped on the train at the airport to the time I got off the at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, walked to the hotel, checked in, and got to my room. Room was great too. Decent size, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The only problem was that it took a while for the hot water to work, but not nothing worth distressing over. Overall a great and convenient place to stay in Frankfurt.

Apart from a sink with a very slow water supply , it was excellent . Staff very friendly and all promised was delivered without fuss and sensitivity .

It's a nice hotel. The staff is actually very friendly and professional. I've been going there for the past 4 years due to its proximity to the Frankfurt Messe (it's a 15 minute walk to the fair grounds, if you are a slow walker). As long as I will be going to the Frankfurt Messe, I don't think I will be looking into other hotels. The drinks at the bar are amazingly expensive, though! 20 EUR for a couple of regular gin & tonics (ouch!). But apart from that, only good experiences in the hotel.
“Good Hotel.”
Staff was extremely friendly. We were able to check in early. Even though the hotel was rated 4 stars, I was surprised to find the the TV was old. The room was smaller than expected with two twin beds basically pushed together to make a queen size bed. The bathroom was elegant with marble floors and a sliding glass door for the tub. But the hotel staff did open up our hotel room when we had already checked in and was surprised to see us once when we checked in early. Other than that, our stay was smooth sailing.
“Good service”
My only complaint was being woken up by the cleaner after leaving the "do not disturb" sign up. Great,friendly staff. Well located hotel and they even let me check out at 3pm and upgraded my room as it was very empty. Breakfast is a little steep but plenty of other places to go to. Modern and well catered for but lacks character if going for a romantic break but you wouldn't really be doing that in Frankfurt anyway!

Cordial staff, excellent location, not cheap but overall I had a pleasnt stay.
