Very nice hotel in a residential area of Frankfurt with easy access to public transport trams are outside also underground relatively close to the city and airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't take breakfast as we joined our niece who lived nearby but it was a good option.

Excellent hotel, very nice room, nice breakfast every morning. Great location, only 1 1/2 blocks from the U Train into the center of the City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One night we had a problem with the TV, and the hotel manager came up to the room to fix it. This was the best hotel we stayed in our German trip

Terrible experience due to poor responsiveness and unprepared service staff. The problems started before we even arrived. I wanted to postpone my reservation by one week, so I contacted the hotel both through the Hotels.com app and via the email address they provided themselves. Unfortunately, I never received a response to either message. As a result, I had to pay for an extra night's stay unnecessarily. During our stay, the shower hose became detached from the shower head. I reported the issue to the reception, and the staff assured me it would be fixed. However nothing ever was repaired during our stay. We ended up having to improvise and use the broken shower. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve even a simple maintenance issue made for a very disappointing experience.

The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!! The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – schlechter Service und erhebliche Mängel Wir hatten für fünf Erwachsene zwei Zimmer gebucht und wurden leider auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Die wenigen Parkplätze waren belegt, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Nach 30 Minuten Parkplatzsuche mussten wir mit unserem Gepäck einen längeren Fußweg zurücklegen. Beide Aufzüge waren defekt, sodass wir unsere Koffer bis in den 4. und 6. Stock tragen mussten. Unterstützung gab es nicht, obwohl eine Person unserer Gruppe nicht gut zu Fuß ist. Die Zimmer waren teilweise schmutzig und renovierungsbedürftig. Fleckige Bettwäsche, Staub, ein beschädigter Toilettensitz und abblätternde Farbe. Besonders enttäuschend war das angebliche dritte Bett, das lediglich aus auseinanderrutschenden Sesselkissen bestand. Auf Beschwerden reagierte das Personal nur mit Schulterzucken. Wir erwarten keinen Luxus, aber Sauberkeit, vernünftige Schlafmöglichkeiten und Freundlichkeit sollten selbstverständlich sein. Für uns absolut enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung!

Nuestra estancia fue por 11 noches. Es un hotel que tiene mucho potencial y los dueños quizás deberían estar más atentos a los detalles. La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, porque teníamos que trasladarnos a diferentes partes de Frankfurt. Hay dos súper mercados muy cerca de ahí. Las habitaciones son amplias y se aprecia que el hotel constantemente es renovado. El precio bastante accesible. El personal atento. El hotel tiene que poner una gran atención a la limpieza. Tuvimos que pedir que aspirar en varias ocasiones. Jamás lo hicieron por debajo de la cama, había una gran acumulación de polvo por debajo de la cama de meses. Eso me daba alergia. Se lo solicitamos a diferente personal del mostrador y también a la persona encargada de el aspirado. Todos nos decían que mandarían a hacerlo, pero jamás sucedió. También había un desajuste en la regadera que hacía incómodo bañarse. Lo arreglaron el día antes de que dejamos el hotel. Teníamos que pedir que dejaran las toallas completas porque solían olvidar dejarlas. Hay toallas rotas y viejas También deberían revisar la duración de la estancia de los huéspedes porque el jabón y el shampoo no es lo mismo para dos días que para 12 días. Tuvimos que pedir que lo rellenaran en 3 ocaciones. Viajo mucho. he podido estar en cadenas de lujo y cadenas hoteleras más sencillas y los detalles son importantes. Se ve el empeño y cuidados de los dueños, pero el personal de limpieza baja su calidad. Solo es poner atención a los detalles.
