Room was about right for the price, but the rest of the building was very dirty. I left a day early, which was a Friday night and they would do anything to recapture my last night cost.

There could be more pillows on the room. Location is very central near Frankurt Hbf, but also close to many drug addicts and dealers. Staff was great though and allowed for an early check in and luggage storage. TV setup could also be improved. Overal,l good for single night stays if you really need something close to the Hbf.

Fiquei os dias todos sem ar condicionado no quarto pois estava quebrado, reclamei 3 vezes e nada foi feito. O elevador também parou de funcionar. Localização é muito perigosa, nao recomendo.

Leider roch es in meinem Zimmer extrem und penetrant nach Schweiß. Das Telefon funktionierte gar nicht zum Kontakt der Rezeption und war sehr verdreckt. Generell ist das Hotel eher veraltet, insb. die Flure und Treppenhäuser. Dort standen Bettmatratzen willkürlich herum. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr eng, laut und ruppig und die Außenanzeige an diesem funktioniert nicht. Darin möchte man nicht stecken bleiben.... Positiv war die Rezeption, dort funktionierte alles problemlos und zügig.

Die Unterkunft ist preislich attraktiv, allerdings darf man wirklich nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Umgebung hatte ich mir schon etwas trostlos vorgestellt, vor Ort wirkte sie dann noch ungemütlicher. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, aber der Geruch war kaum auszuhalten, es hat penetrant nach nassem Hund gestunken, selbst langes Lüften hat daran nichts geändert. Für eine Nacht vielleicht machbar, aber wirklich wohlfühlen konnte man sich nicht.

Ich hatte mit der Bedienung gebucht, dass mit Bademantel, kostenlose Minibar Artikel und Bügeleisen inklusive. Aber es gab gar nichts! Der Mann, der an der Reception war, hat gesagt, er weiß davon nicht. Ich werde nie wieder in diesem Hotel reservieren.

Siisti, pienehkö hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla HBF nähden. Rauhallinen huone pihanpuolella, minibaari, lasiseinäinen suihku. Miellyttävä aamiaishuone aamun lehtineen, kohtalainen aamiainen, hyvä palvelu. Pieni ravintola ja baari.

Stayed here ...again ..when visiting Messe trade fair , only a 5-10 minute walk to get there and easy to walk the opposite direction into town . The breakfast is more than sufficient and included in the room price . Bar staff in the evening were very helpful and efficient even when very busy ...bed was really comfortable and they do have a kettle in the room, even though not on the list of room amenities ...will be back
