"I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT BUY STARBUCKS COFFEE IN THIS HOTEL!!!! With many customers who are discerning travelers, it should NOT need to be stated that your customers expect superb coffee options every morning while staying at your property. The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay. "
